Installation Fee Terms and Conditions for Aqua Tech Texas:

1. Free Installation for Water Softener, RO Water Purification System, and Smart Bidet:

   • Aqua Tech Texas provides complimentary installation services for standard water softener, RO water purification system, and smart bidet projects located within a 25-mile radius from the company's service center.

2. Installation Fee for Pacific Range Hood within 25 Miles:

   • A standard installation fee of $200 is applicable for Pacific range hood projects within the 25-mile radius from Aqua Tech Texas' service center.

3. Installation Fee for Projects Beyond 25 Miles:

   1. For projects located outside the 25-mile radius, an installation fee will be applicable. The fee is determined based on the distance and complexity of the installation.

4. Distance Calculation:

   • The distance for free installation is measured from Aqua Tech Texas' service center to the project location. Projects beyond the 25-mile radius are subject to the Pacific range hood installation fee and additional installation fees for water softener, RO water purification system, and smart bidet.

5. Eligibility Criteria:

   • To qualify for free installation, projects must fall under the category of "normal" installations. Complex installations, unique site conditions, or specific requirements may incur additional charges.

6. Site Assessment:

   • Aqua Tech Texas reserves the right to conduct a site assessment for all projects, ensuring that the installation can proceed smoothly. This assessment may influence the overall installation cost.

7. Installation Warranty:

   • Aqua Tech Texas provides a limited warranty on the installation services. This warranty covers the workmanship and ensures that the installed systems function as intended. The duration of the warranty will be communicated to the customer upon completion of the installation.

8. Customer Responsibilities:

   • Customers must ensure that the installation site is accessible and obtain any necessary permissions or approvals. Any delays or extra costs resulting from customer-related issues may be subject to additional charges.

9. Cancellation Policy:

   • Customers are required to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling of installations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

10. Terms and Conditions Acceptance:

    • Acceptance of Aqua Tech Texas' installation services implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any deviations or special arrangements must be communicated and agreed upon in writing between Aqua Tech Texas and the customer.
